Resumen
El Trabajo de Grado a nivel de Maestría, constituye una de las
estrategias para fortalecer en el participante un perfil académico cónsono con
sus competencias. Ante esta situación, es inevitable que el maestrante asuma
una postura hacia el proceso investigativo de su producción científica. En este
sentido, el objetivo general fue analizar la actitud de los maestrantes de
investigación educacional ante la elaboración del trabajo de grado en la
Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL-IPB), Instituto
Pedagógico de Barquisimeto, Venezuela. En el aspecto metodológico se
enmarcó en una investigación de campo descriptiva. En cuanto a la población
de estudio, estuvo conformada por veinte (20) maestrantes. La técnica de
recolección de datos, se realizó a través en un cuestionario estructurado con
alternativas de respuestas con escala Likert, validado mediante la técnica de
juicio de expertos, y calculada su confiablidad con el coeficiente Alpha de
Cronbach generando 0.92 (muy alta confiablidad). Los resultados fueron
analizados y tabulados, lo cual permite concluir que, debido a la presencia de
elementos cognitivos (conocimiento y juicios), afectivos (aceptación, y
rechazo) y conductuales (participación, iniciativa y cumplimiento) los
maestrantes de Investigación Educacional tienen una actitud favorable ante la
elaboración de su investigación científica.

Attitude of Educational Research Teachers towards the Preparation of
Degree Work
Abstract
The Degree Work at the Master's level constitutes one of the strategies
to strengthen in the participant an academic profile consistent with their skills.
Faced with this situation, it is inevitable that the teacher assumes a position
towards the investigative process of his scientific production. In this sense, the
general objective was to analyze the attitude of educational research teachers
towards the preparation of the degree work at the Libertador Experimental
Pedagogical University (UPEL-IPB), Pedagogical Institute of Barquisimeto,
Venezuela. In the methodological aspect it was framed in a descriptive field
research. Regarding the study population, it was made up of twenty (20)
teachers. The data collection technique was performed through a structured
questionnaire with response alternatives with Likert scale, validated by the
expert judgment technique, and its reliability calculated with Cronbach's Alpha
coefficient generating 0.92 (very high reliability). The results were analyzed and
tabulated, which allows to conclude that, due to the presence of cognitive
elements (knowledge and judgments), affective (acceptance, and rejection)
and behavioral (participation, initiative and compliance) the teachers of
Educational Research have an attitude favorable to the development of your
scientific research.
